Odd vendorPros:Car was usual Budget quality and cleanliness thanksCons:Vendor suggested that had we arrived one minute after 4, we would not have been able to pick up the rental and yet made no effort to call the contact number to advise that the 4M pickup was the very latest possible. Also seemed to have trouble verifying the license and commented that I might need my passport. Having rented from Budget many times with the same license, I was surprised.Reviewed Jan 9 2018

Pros:The price. It was cheap to pock it up in Ventura and returning it in Los angeles. Also, the staff was very kind.Cons:The car was dirty. When i picked it up it has a cup of coffee and candy wrap inside.Reviewed Mar 26 2017

Pros:Friendly staff, decent carCons:We did not realize that insurance was not covered in the original price listed, so we had to make a last minute decision to include insurance and this doubled the cost.
