Unable to rent the truck due to associate grilling me wuth 21 questions as to “where I was going, why I picked the truck, do I just like trucks, what am I using it for and if I damage it do I know I am responsible for it?”- verbatim. When I stepped away, my son overheard the associates talking about not giving me a certain truck, but giving me another one instead. I felt so uncomfortable. I ended up not renting the truck and I wasted $45 on Lyft rides to and from. Also it ruined my entire plans for the day. As a courtesy I think it would be appropriate to help pay for my Lyft rides with provided receiptsReviewed Oct 28 2024

Pros:Easy pick up and drop offCons:I informed Enterprise about the car having a colony of ants that made their way inside the vehicle the entire three hour drive to our destination and I was told that it happens if the car is sitting out for long or not being rented.. They said it’s happened before so I question why this would happen again.. If this wasn’t the first time, they should have thoroughly inspected the car before renting it. Also, I mentioned that my friend had a minor allergy to cat fur because every time she got in the car, she would start sneezing and her eyes reddened. Thankfully she was mildly allergic so we were able to get some allergy medicine but it just made me question their overall inspection and cleaning process with their vehicles. The car itself kept glitching on us and kept showing an error message about a sd card being removed. We tried calling them about it but the automated message would say they were closed when their website said they were open. It was bothering to be asked what we wanted from them to make up for the inconveniences... We only wanted a car that wasn’t infested by ants and was thoroughly cleaned and inspected before renting out to people.Reviewed Aug 12 2020
