Pros:They didn’t push extra products and insurance for you to buy.
Cons:Long lines to checkin.
Pros:Super good service with excellent pricing. Everything went very smooth!
Pros:service is decent, but a little bit slow.
Cons:there is a couple of dollar difference than the quoted price, I let it go.
Pros:The staff member was EXCELLENT and the size of the vehicle suited our needs.
Cons:#1 We had an hour wait in line (with a toddler) and no seating available. Then another hour wait in the hawaii sun with no seating available to take possession of the vehicle. Total of a 2 hour wait to get our vehicle. #2 The vehicle was FILTHY inside, numerous dings, scratches and paint chips to the exterior. The interior rooftop trim was hanging down and the transmission cut out numerous times during the week; causing a false sense of security when thinking the vehicle was parked in (P).

Pros:Drop off was very efficient
Cons:Wait to get the car was excruciating. Surely you can have a better check in system. Also 2nd day my daughters wanted to be added as drivers. Process was even slower. When you are on holiday you don’t want to waste your time standing in lineups. The inside of the car was not clea
