Pros: Very helpful when rental car check engine light turned on and we needed to exchange cars.

Cons: Would have been nice not to have the check engine light come on in the first place.

Cons: Massively long wait to get to the counter only to be told they didn't have the car I reserved and couldn't do anything to fix it. Didn't really seem to care. Only a couple of clerks working. Never using Budget again.

Need more employees working

Pros: Joseph was great. Car was great. Drop off was super easy.

Cons: Took a long time to get our car when we arrived since there were only two people working. That was frustrating since it was already late. Also, the price wasn't as low as we felt it could have been.

Cons: We Arrived on last flight on vacation on our anniversary over 20 years budget was closed so we had to stay on the streets over night then arrived at budget and they would not rent a car to me cause of my credit. it didn't matter how much money I had to pay and spent for this vacation was disappointed

Meh in Lihue

Pros: The car worked and got us to all the places we needed.

Cons: The car was worn and had no washer fluid? Had to buy it myself .

Fantastic!

Pros: Not only did everything with our rental go smooth but when my wife lost her wedding band under the seat and we couldn't find it, the manager showed genuine concern and had us take the car to maintenance right away where another nice employee took the seat out and helped me find it, which we did. Can't say enough about the service there in Honolulu. Great finish to the trip!

Car full of bugs

Pros: nothing

Cons: Car was dirty, looked like the exterior was rinsed down, and the inside hasn't seen a cleaning in at least 3 or 4 rentals before I rented it. Shortly after driving it for about 4 miles we stopped to do some shopping at Costco. When we returned to the car we found several weird looking colored bugs in the Center Console. We went to our destination and parked the car. Next morning as we entered the car we saw several (at least 10 or more) cockroaches scatter for cover. They went everywhere into the dash, the center console under the seats, and on and on. Needless to say we will not be renting from Budget again.
