Cons:I was unable to use the reservation due to covid restrictions with the state of Hawaii. No refund was received, which was not appropriate since I was legally unable to use the reservation. I will not use your service again due to this lack of understanding. Profiting from services not being legally able to use is unacceptable and your company should be embarrassed by this practice.

Pros:Car was great and handled well
Cons:My Kayak price/ rental agreement (thank goodness I had it on my phone) said my total price was $365 but when we dropped the car off they gave us our final bill of $580. If I didn't have the rental agreement on my phone they would not have reduced the price to the rental agreement price of $365. So, I only paid $365 but it's scary that they can just change it like that. Also, we were the last ones on the plane because it took me 40 minutes to find the agreement and straighten it out. However, we liked the car and are grateful we had it.

Pros:The woman outside checking on reservations was very kind. The billing was not easy to understand. When you place the order it says you were charged the quoted amount. When you are at the counter they give you an additional bill. Seemed to add up to the original amount but was confusing.
Cons:The billing part could have been better. The car was not very clean inside but was a good car and comfortable. The staffing was very understaffed. Three car rental companies inside and only one or two staff. Should be one staff person per car company. Very long wait in line.

Pros:Rental office was close to airport. The return was fairly easy.
Cons:Had to wait a half hour to get my car. They had just washed it and it was delivered soaking wet. He car was very shabby and dented with stained seats.

Cons:The car was beat up. It had scratches, berry stains, lose door handle,lose body molding. Overall it was just a beat up high mileage car.

Cons:Failed to disclose underage fees at booking and at pickup and was forced to pay over $300 more than what the original booking was listed as. This was only found out through my reciept after the fact.Fees were not included on kayak and were never mentioned the day of pickup. My $350 car rental turned into a $750 car rental. Very displeased with both kayak and dollar through this rental process

Pros:It was a good model car that worked well and had lots of space.
Cons:The car could have been newer and inside less worn. The car had scratches all around the exterior. The worst part were the additional $300 in fees for pickup and drop off of the car after I paid in advance of the car.
