Pros:All very good,
Cons:This was my first experience to rent from Hertz. With the odometer reading of 34,000+ miles, the vehicle's condition (Nissan Quest) was crappy. Exterior had scratch marks on all sides. Interior was of low quality and almost totally worn out. Whatever engineering features were in the vehicle, they were old. The vehicle was lot more expensive to rent than a comparable Chrysler mini van which our friends had rented at the same time from the Budget location next door. The additional driver fee was not clarified at the time of booking and was also much higher (30%) than Budget. Pick up and drop off service was nothing extra-ordinary. Therefore this rental was not a good value for money and I will not rent from Hertz ever again.
Cons:Poor customer service. Agent on check in was rude & very unfriendly.
Pros:Maintained covid safety standards, was an easy pick up and drop off, car was ready and no waiting

Pros:Staff not available. Not flexible to our needs. Had to wait and told us we did not have a reservation Then after about 20 min she said she found. Also said didnt have a car big enough, we walked thru the lot, many large vehicles available. Only needed car one day, tried to change order
