Cons:We did not get the car that we reserved.
Pros:There is no airport pick up, but they will promptly drop you off after you return the car. We were told it was within walking distance (about a mile), but the road that you have to walk down has no sidewalk and we were carrying luggage. We ended up taking a cab that cost about $10 with tip.
Pros:Easy pick up, even after a long full flight, and had fast shuttle service. People were very friendly and nice from beginning to end and no sneaky charges. :)
Cons:Fast check in and easy, quick return. Highly recommend.

Pros:Clean facility and the car selected was ready at arrival.
Cons:The location did not offer airport service and did not note that in the reservation. The personnel were great to get us from the nearby offsite airport location at pickup, and were kind enough to get a cab for us on the return.
