When visiting Ogunquit, Juniper Hill Inn is a great choice to consider. Guests can splash around at the indoor pool or seasonal outdoor pool, and the spa tub makes for a relaxing end to the day. There's a fitness center, and rooms offer refrigerators and free WiFi.
Pros: Loved how clean it was, the staff was super friendly. We both got a free drink for waiting a little extra for our room, our room was spectacular. Valet staff were great too. The overall stay was awesome!!!
Cons: The bed was a little uncomfortable. But that's the only complaint from us.
Pros: So close to everything
Cons: Directions and signage are not easily understood or noticed
Pros: The hotel is centrally located within walking distance to every thing. Room was beautiful and clean. The shower felt so good after a long day on the beach in the sun. The beds were comfy but the pillows could be a little harder.
The staff was amazing...always pleasant.
The free breakfast was far more than we expected and was a great way of starting the day.
Love the valet parking. ...very convenient.
We will definitely be back next time we are in town.
Cons: Pillows, not that I hated them...just that they need to be alittle harder....not enough neck support.

When visiting Ogunquit, The Colonial Inn is a great choice to consider. After splashing around at the outdoor pool, you can unwind with a drink at the bar/lounge. A spa tub and a garden are other highlights, and all rooms offer LED TVs and free WiFi.
Pros: We really liked the hotel. It was a convenient location, right off 95 on our way home from Maine. Clean, comfortable, and the staff was very friendly.
Cons: There was only ONE thing that bothered me and had we stayed more than one night would have driven me absolutely crazy: the floor above us. Our room was located on the bottem level of the hotel, room 125. The room directly above us has the creakiest floors which left me wide awake listening to the people above getting ready in the morning. Not a problem if they got up later or I was a deep sleeper, but the floor boards started their symphony at 5:30 am, far too early for my vacation.
Pros: The manager Steven went well above and beyond the service of any other hotel experience I've had and I travel quite frequently for work. I will certainly be back again. The breakfast is a great bonus!
Pros: The Port Inn in Portsmouth, NH is a well kept, clean place to stay. Convenient to the highway and to downtown Portsmouth with a very welcoming and friendly staff.
Pros: We loved everything about this place! When we drove up I thought we were going into a motel from the 50's, which wasn't a good thing in my opinion - I didn't have fond memories of those rooms. However, when we opened our door we loved the room! It was just like a boutique hotel room - it was really nice. The staff was awesome!
Cons: I probably wouldn't like walking to the office/breakfast room in the cold months, but in May it was perfect.
Pros: They were so good to our dog. We would stay there again

Pros: Very clean and modern, friendly staff and accessable to dowtntown
Pros: Temporarily parked by entrance (20 minutes) while we got our room and unpacked. Valets were pleasant and professional.
Hotel location was excellent and Portsmouth is very walkable.
Cons: At this price, we expected a complimentary breakfast.
Expensive valet only parking. We found our own parking nearby for free.
Pros: I really enjoyed the food and cocktails while watching football. There was a server by the name Anca who took great care of me. The rooms where very clean and it's walking distance to everything.
Cons: Parking stinks
Pros: I would like to recognize Dimple Patel and Natalia for their exceptional service. Each encounter was so pleasant, welcoming and engaging. I travel often for work and never have I encountered such exceptional service on a consistent basis. Dimple and Natalia are what made my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Portsmouth Downtown enjoyable, not the hotel amenities nor the look of the hotel.
Pros: Very clean and a great location
Cons: Valet parking was the only option
Pros: Loved being close to everything, but by far the staff at the desk, valet, and housekeeping was above and beyond super nice...
Cons: I just wished I could have turned the heat down more than to 65, without turning it off. it was very hot in the room..
Cons: Unable to stay here because they had no confirmed reservation
Pros: Location was fantastic....right in the heart of Portsmouth.
Pros: Overall nice place
Cons: No bath tub!
Cons: I thought our room smelled and felt a bit musty.

Pros: The room was spacious and clean and the staff was very friendly. Good solid value.
Cons: Nothing to really complain about.
Cons: Breakfast staff had difficulty keeping up with demand. Items ran out throughout our brief visit. They made every effort when it was brought to their attention, but we had to bring things to their attention quite a bit. (The coffee is out. The fruit has run out. The waffle mix is empty. There is no syrup. The decaf is out. There is still no fruit. There are no bowls. The regular coffee is out again…)
Pros: It was a very quiet location but very close to downtown. The rooms were clean and large. The breakfast was very good.
Cons: The breakfast area was too small for the amount of people there at the time. The one woman cleaning the area could not keep up with getting the tables clean and restocking the food.
Pros: I enjoyed the stay, plan to come back.
Pros: Quiet setting among the trees.
Nice hot breakfast, at least on Sunday.
Cons: The towels in the pool area were tiny and as rough as 60 grit sandpaper.
The towels in the room were a little softer (200 grit) but still small.
Not something you can change now, but design would be better if bathroom were accessible without having to go through the bedroom.

Pros: The pool area is beautiful and kept very clean.
Cons: The food at the Restaurant, Salt was terrible.
Pros: Great location and views, Hotel was also beautiful. Front desk helpful.Room small but well appointed. Bathroom was great. I had a 80 min massage and it was fabulous! Indoor pool was also very nice. It was too cold out to use the outside pool. I did not use the restaurants but they both looked nice but pricy.
Cons: This is really picky but there was dust and cobwebs in my bathroom and stains on the window blinds, normally I would never complain about this but when Im paying 369.00 a night I expect it to be Perfect.
Pros: It is a well restored old hotel that is beautiful inside and out, with beautiful gardens. It was very clean and we could not hear other guests. The location on the island just adds to the charm.
Pros: Cozy, well decorated room.
Cons: Needed a small fridge for medication.

Pros: The breakfast was great, staff was very nice, the room size was just right for us. Great location to downtown and parking garage since parking is off site. Will definitely choose this hotel again.
Pros: Great location within walking distance! We came as a staycation to go out with friends we haven't seen in a long time!
Cons: We had three different interactions with the staff, and all three were very disappointing. We had drinks with friends (who were also hotel guests) and asked for extra glasses, which came an hour later, and the staff member who dropped them off just had a terrible attitude. It was obvious he was unhappy about it. Came back from dinner and drinks to a very rude third shift member who told us we had a noise complaint and grilled us about who was staying in the room. We hadn't been in the room since 7pm, so I don't know how that was even possible. Then we were given a late checkout till 12:30pm and were getting ready when a very rude house keeper can to the door at 11am and told us we should have left already. We explained and she scowled and stormed off! Needless to say we will not be back.

Overall I had I great 1 night stay and will definitely be staying here again. It has such a homey welcoming vibe and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
Pros: I was only here for a 1 night stay but the location was right in the middle of town and everything was within walking distance. The best part was the staff though, they were so very welcoming and gave suggestions for where to go and what to eat.
Cons: This is an older building with wood floors and the walls are thin so I could easily hear things upstairs and in the hallway. During my stay the guests were pretty quiet but this could be problematic otherwise. Also the toilet in room 11 is super noisy.
As an older B&B, one expects the facility to be a little quirky. Very nice saltwater pool, outdoor lounge area had a firepit.
Pros: Location in center of Ogunquit was very convenient. The innkeeper was very friendly and accommodating,
Cons: Linens were pretty worn, should be replaced.
When you stay at the Abalonia, you're staying at a place that you're treated like family. There are even frozen beer mugs waiting for you in the freezer and fresh muffins in the morning. The beach was literally a five minute easy walk, EVERYTHING is within walking distance. I can't say enough about Jimmy and his warm staff.
Pros: Jimmy and his staff are amazing, immediately we felt like family. The salt pool was beautiful and cozy. The location of this Inn is SUPREME! I highly recommend you start vacationing with Jimmy and his team when you go to Ogunquit.
Cons: The ONLY thing I didn't like is that I couldn't stay longer, I would have happily stayed for a week here but life calls and vacations end. We LOVED this place
Pros: The staff, the charm of the hotel and the best location in town
Feel good hotel. Nice people
Pros: Just nicely decorated and honestly represented
Pros: Location in Ogunquit is great. Pool and fire pit very nice. Room had feeling of seclusion.
Pros: The staff is fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. Creates a cozy comfortable atmosphere.

Ogunquit Beach is 0.7 miles from Inn on Shore Road, while Marginal Way Walk is 2,297 feet away. Nubble Lighthouse is 18 minutes' drive away.
Pros: Grounds and pool area were nicely maintained. Check in and out were quick and easy. Bartender at pub was very pleasant. Jonathan's restaurant on site is great.
Cons: Room- noisy AC unit, tiny bathroom. Cheap, noisy furniture- drawers noisy, armoire doors rattled when anyone walked by, tv stand shook when anyone walked by. Expected more for the price. Location isn't great compared to many options in the area.
Situated by the ocean, Meadowmere Resort is a great choice for a stay in Ogunquit. You can take a dip in the outdoor pool, then indulge in deep-tissue massages, body wraps, or reflexology. An indoor pool and a bar/lounge are other highlights, and rooms offer refrigerators and free WiFi.
Pros: Stayed in King room with balcony
Great room room were recently renovated which was great view was good
Cons: Room was under main lobby and could hear everybody going to breakfast
Pros: The riverfront location and the fact they had kayaking available was a big draw for us. The location is great apart from some awkward (temporary) road construction in front which makes entering and exiting the parking area a bit dicey. The inn was just renovated and shows some updates, but some features definitely seemed dated and worn out. Our room clearly wasn't one of the best they had and our "sitting area" (as opposed to deck) was two vinyl chairs next to the parking area, not facing the water. Some rooms have a water-facing deck, but not us. No matter. The kayaks are only available during the "high tide cycle" and usually only once per day. There's a three to four hour window when you can rent them, but the attendant is also on call. The place was clean and overall fine.
Cons: Skip the free breakfast. Even with "fresh" waffles made from a tasteless, disgusting mix, the whole event is a glorified continental breakfast at best. Better to head to Ogunquit to the various breakfast joints and get a real breakfast. Limited kayaking hours was a surprise to us but it made sense because the river is tidal. A bit overpriced for what you get, but I am sure the area commands the prices because of summer attractions and the beautiful beach at Ogunquit.
Pros: Loved our stay! The view was beautiful from our room. Really enjoyed the breakfast too. Not your typical continental breakfast. We'll be back!
Cons: Check-In was at 3:00pm and we were not able to get into our rooms until almost 4:00pm
