The check in process at a Washington National is absolutely abysmal. There were 60 people in line and only two people working. It took almost 2 hours to rent the car by the time I got to the counter the counter person was very nice and professional. I had zero issues with that person, but there should’ve been at least two other people working if you want to treat your customers, right I won’t rent again from thrufty.Reviewed Sep 24 2022

Everything that was discussed on the phone with the agent was totally different when I got to the Dollar location at the airport to pick up the vehicle. From the type of vehicle to the actual amount that the rental would cost me, it had all changed. I feel that the agent just said anything in order to make the transaction happen. The entire time I had the vehicle, everytime I pushed the brake pedal, you could hear a loud grinding noise. This was a horrible experience!Reviewed Sep 5 2022

When attempting to pick up rental, no one was at the dollar counter so we were directed to go to the Hertz counter. We got recommended to upgrade to a bigger car and toll pass. The car was fine but trying to get out of the parking garage took 20-25 minutes. The guy at the booth was so slow and in no hurry to let people out. We tried backing out to choose another lane but that didn’t work so we were stuck and departed the airport much later that expected.Reviewed Jun 13 2022

I didn’t end up using this booking as there was one person working the counter and long lineups. After waiting 45 minutes I was nowhere near the front of the line and then learned that once you were helped, it could be up to another two hours for a car. I had limited time to see my family and wasn’t going to spend my day at Dollar. I called Enterprise and was out of the airport under 15 minutes.Reviewed May 17 2022
