Cons: The car gas tank was 5/8 full upon pickup, but the card said it had a full tank because we were registered for a car with a full tank and given the key for a car with 5/8 tank. Because the documentation was not corrected at time of pickup we were charged $50 extra for gas at drop off.

Pros: -It was the cost quoted online (broke out what was car rental and what was taxes - I declined insurance so had no cost for that).
-The gentleman at the drop-off location at the airport saw I was about to struggle and assisted me with my 4 large bags (I was moving to another country). I thought that was really above and beyond what they had to do.
Cons: - Guy ahead of me had debit card and they do not accept that - I think that should be better advertised.
-Car was jerky when idling (may have needed to be serviced)

Pros: Easy service
Cons: I didnt like the fact that my deposit and rental charge of 642$ came out of my account and then an additional 400$ for the rental was taking out of my account also for 2 days then refunded back into it. Your company should not be allowed to withdraw an amount that isnt suppose to be charged!

Cons: I received an email confirmation from priceline / Kayak stating that as I ordered. Iwas to pick up Sat at 12:00 noon and drop off the following Saturday at 5pm. I went to pick up the car got there at 12:15 and they were closed (they close at noon) on Saturday's. Nothing in the documentation I received even listed their hours.
I called the emergency number list on their door and that took me to Hertz. Once I began to explain my situation which took awhile as they didn't seem to understand me very well. Anyway they transferred me to a supervisor who informed me that I was pretty much out of luck never even asking if I wanted a car. She did however tell me that I forfeit the $350 that I paid for the rental because I didn't pick up the car. I then tried to explain again that I was supposed to pick up the car at 12:00 and they close at 12 and also that my reservation has me bringing it back the following Saturday at 5:00 where they will have been closed for 5 hours. What was I supposed to do with it then?
After awhile I was able to convince her to give me a refund, as she said it was a courtesy. Basically all I got out of the conversation was that this was ll my fault. I should have know the hours and read my confirmation letter where the hours are listed. I've double check a couple three times now and there are no hours listed.
Anyway I had to spend a lot more money but I was able to get a car after some scrambling around. I also did receive a refund.
Cons: Construction site at pick-up/drop-off limited ease of in/out parking but otherwise ok.

They gave my car away. Had to rent a u haul.
Cons: Flew to Seattle and tried to pick up a reservation from 4 months ago and they didn't have it. I needed this to drive my 2 friends and I hours away to a concert. Another lady had the same problem while we were waiting. The lady working was nice but the company almost ruined my vacation. Had to rent a moving van from uhaul. It was cheaper, anyway.
