I had a long wait at the check in to pick up the car. Their internet was down. This was not their fault, and the lady worked very hard to move the check in line. Once I got my car I could tell it had been smoked in before me. It also had fairly high mileage at 51,000 miles. It was a good value and experience. I would certainly use Dollar Rental Car again.

After prepaying for the vehicle, when I arrived at the counter they didn't have any vehicle for me. I had to wait from 9:30 PM to midnight to finally receive an electric vehicle from Hertz (not Dollar which I rented from), and it was a very small vehicle. With two toddlers' car seats, a double stroller, and luggage, this Chevy Bolt was not the vehicle to do the job. I had paid for a full size vehicle. Needless to say, I had to call a friend for help as this vehicle was useless to us. When I contact them the next day they wouldn't answer the phone after several attempts.

Reserved a car well in advance of my trip, called Hertz to confirm the day before trip, arrived 30 min before the location opened… not only did they not have a car for me, and not have a car for the 2 other customers who we there with me, they had ZERO CARS at this location. This was my first and last time trying Hertz.

Huge lines at regular and preferred lines, with only a single cashier at each. Unfortunately I never got my rental and had to get a ride share to my appt outside the airport. Go with a smaller or local rental company!
