The people were all nice and wasted no time to get me moving. They were also informative and helpful. The amenities in the car were nice. They inspected the vehicle before and after and I was in and out in 10 minutes. Good employees.Cons:
I really didn't like the vehicle that I got. I got a Fiat 500x which ran really rough from 1st to 5th gear, literally jerking me forward with each shift. It was also not fun to drive, accelerating was rough, it was loud and the A/C didn't keep the car cool at all. Not a smooth ride at all. However my biggest complaint is that I reserved a RAV4 or similar category which has about 60+ cubic feet of cargo space and that is the only thing I needed from the rental, instead I received a small SUV which has about as much space as my Honda Civic. Had I known I would have just taken my Civic and saved myself the $341. It doesn't make sense to advertise a RAV4 or similar and then have this small Fiat in the same category and charge the same price. Waste of money.10.0 Wonderful

When I first arrived at the rental counter at Cleveland/Hopkins airport, the clerk informed me my rental had been made at another Cleveland location miles away. When I asked if there was anything she could do to help me she imphaticaly said no. A supervisor happened to be there and came to my rescue. She was wonderful. The first clerk was not going to even try to help or ask the supervisor if anything could be done. To her, the mistake and inconvenience didn't matter. Once the supervisor helped things went well and quick. My return person was great!Cons:

Car rental was set for 6:00-- I arrived to the lot at 6:02 as a function of traffic and work. No-one was there to be found as they had closed at 6:00 on the dot which is interesting since this was my pickup time (how can you close at 6 and also rent a car at 6?). Anyways, I called "customer no service" who refused to help me in any fashion. They would not find me a comparable truck anywhere nearby without significant fees. The best they could offer was to replace my $298 rental for a >$600 rental, which is in no way comparable. Needless to say, I ate the loss and rented a car with enterprise. I will never use Hertz or this location again and I'd advise you do the same.Cons:

Cons:
They gave a car without cruise control and they did not inform me even if they knew I was going on a 800m drive. They offered me satellite radio for example but they never thought of offering me a cruise control even at higher prices. I realized way to late that there was no cruise control, while on my drive. When I asked for a different car even in a different town they claimed there was none. The car I had was vibrating really badly at higher speeds (I am not sure if it was the mirror or the door) and the speedometer was jumping over 2-3 miles at these speeds instead of being continuous...This car had a milage of 33K but it drove like it had 130K. I would have never taken it in a long drive if I knew how it drove. I was hoping I was bringing it back in one piece. I will not rent again from this company.10.0 Wonderful
