The service was professional and courteous. I received a free upgrade due to hail damage that occurred to my scheduled rental, leading to an enjoyable ride.

Everything can't be rated because I got a phone call from Enterprise telling me that they had overbooked and that I would be on a wait list for a car. That was the last I heard from them.

NothingI spent 35 minutes in line in the hot sun just to get to the counter and be told they didn’t have a vehicle for me even though I had previously reserved one. I thought the point of a reservation was to guarantee it would be there. The employee stated that he had tried to call me to let me know about this but I had zero missed calls and zero voicemails so I do not believe he tried to call me. I will not be renting from Enterprise in the future and will be sharing this experience with everyone I know.

Pick up and drop off were very smooth. Staff was very friendly and helpful.If I had to nitpick, the inside of the windshield was hazy. Everything else was great.

Avis in JOHNSTON.This is a brand new business. We had a 15 passenger van rented, but it was recalled. So we were given two new Ford Explorers for the same price! Excellent customer service.

The Hertz office was closed down. NO CARS AVAILABLE. No one cared. We had to pay $60.00 to taxi to take us to pick up car and office closed. Taxi driver took us to another car rental place and no cars. Right up to last minute Hertz was sending us emails about our confirmed reservation. Never a word about office closed and no cars.

Because of local flooding there were no cars to rent. This was not the problem but Hertz just kind of seemed like they did not care that they did not have any cars and were not very helpful in trying to locate another car to rent.

Budget Rental Service Not ActiveI made a reservation through budget and showed up to the Johnston IA location to pick up the car at the scheduled time. Upon arrival the employee present was not authorized to log into the system to rent me the car. Waiting 45 minutes for the manager to return to the location. Once the manager was present I showed my online reservation through Budget in which the manager respond that they were not yet set up to rent cars through the budget system. The manager switched me over AVIS in which they had a car available. I was on my way 1 hour 15 mins later than my scheduled pick up time
