Pros:Pick up was easy, drop off was just a drop box since it was a Sunday evening.Cons:The whole 3 hour drive we kept having large ants crawling on us! So gross and annoying.Reviewed Jun 8 2020

Pros:The staff for Pickup in Des Moines was very nice and helpful.Cons:There was only one Customer Service Agent & there were a LOT of us in line.It took over 30 min to get the vehicle that I had pre-reserved on-line. I was supposed to "vett" the vehicle for damage and then turn in a paper if I found any prior to leaving, however, there was no lot attendant.Reviewed Aug 13 2019

Pros:The staff was nothing shy of fantastic from start to finish! There was a line when I checked in, but everyone was still so friendly and didn’t make me feel rushed! When I returned the keys, it was the fastest, most pleasant checkout I’ve even had!! Great Crew!Reviewed Mar 3 2019

Pros:I arrived late, the representative was there and was helpful. I received a car with GPS, which I needed and made my entire trip more enjoyable.Cons:Dropping off was easy, but as it was early and nobody was there. Enterprise in DSM AirportPros:I was greeted by a super pleasant staffer who got.me sorted very quickly, and surprised me by letting me know I had qualified for a complimentary upgrade! Cons:Took a long time to get car.Had problems so had to take car back .Made alto of phone calls and alto of time and talked to many people to try to find out what to do next and where to go with the car. No one at the drop off point and had problems and couldn't get a receipt. Still don't have one.Reviewed Jun 30 2018

Enterprise - No Credit Card , No Service PolicyPros:-Cons:Debt free here and don’t own credit cards any longer. Enterprise has corporate policy requiring credit card to rent a premium Vehicle. This wasn’t made clear at time of reservation. Front desk clerk said there was nothing he could do. So I walked one counter over to Hertz and reserved my premium SUV with HERTZ, without need of a credit card. Hard to believe , in today’s market , Enterprise is doing so well financially they would have a policy refusing to serve customers with a job , car insurance , and cash in hand. Everything but a credit card. Had a great weekend with a Hertz Ford Explorer returned without incident. Never renting from Enterprise again.Reviewed Dec 18 2017
