Cons:

I reserved a suburban, which was confirmed the day before. I arrived on time to pick it up and they didn't have one. They did offer me a different vehicle to rent but it wasn't what I needed.

Cons:

Picked up the car and it was given a quick run through with a rag. Definitely was not cleaned. Cup holders still had rings from drinks. Seats were dirty. Went a few miles and the tire pressure light came on. Was contacted by someone who said they would offer a days credit. Never received the credit

Pros:

I was charged around 100 dollars extra since I dropped off around 40 mins off the time from what I picked up the car. This is ridiculous!!! This was the first and the last time I will be renting from here. Staff does not know what they are doing. For anything the answer is the system does it, I don’t know. First of all, it took for ever to rent the car, only one choice, no options to pick from, computer system was slow, etc.

Cons:

To not get charged, basically it’s around 1 day’s rental cost.
