Cons: When we got to the airport around 8p we tried to call the company and got a guy's outgoing cell phone voicemail with the name of a different company that had something to do with car renting. They had no shuttles and no one at the airport had heard of the company. We ended up just renting from another company because their Yelp! page said they were closed. Doesn't seem like a full service operation or a viable option for car rental in Buffalo.

Pros: Wound up with a Chrysler 200, which was a little nicer than expected.
Cons: No satellite radio, which I thought was standard in rentals. Also, I foolishly opted for the insurance online. They wound up charging me for 5 days insurance on a 4 day rental. Lastly There is no sign for Ace rental on the hotel where I picked up the car, it was actually Corporate Rental.

Cons: It was 14 degrees outside and the shuttle didn't show up and they didn't answer the phone.

Pros: The price was right for an economy Mazda. We did get a ride to the airport when we dropped the car off. Drop off was at night, so the keys were put in a drop box, very easy.
Cons: Ace is not in the airport, they are located in a hotel lobby across the highway from the airport. When we landed, no one was at the desk to pick us up to get the car. We had to walk to the hotel and had to wait for the rep to show up.

Awful, do not use
Cons: Truly an awful experience. Called for the shuttle, walked to the "glass wall" only to see the shuttle fly by 10 min later. Called again, guy came back, flagged him down and told we were in the wrong spot. Finally got to the rental location - didn't have the car I rented. Instead got a smaller one that was absolutely filthy, no gas in it and windshield wipers that didn't work. Did receive a $50 refund but need to keep following up to ensure it gets refunded. Just an awful experience. Stay away from using this company
