Cons:
I will never use enterprise again. They have closed many of their locations, so the one I rented from was closed. I then had to drive thirty minutes to a new location. And then pay a fee to pick up from the city I initially rented from. Terrible customer service. Plus they are only open 7-7 so if you need help after that, you are out of luck. Will never use again.9.6 Wonderful

The value was the best in town. I was offered a bottle of water as I waited to pick up my car. Service was fast, fun and friendly to a T. No malfunctions on car. Perfect trip! Will definitely visit again!Cons:
The one thing that would make this a 100% as opposed to a 99% would be if bluetooth in the car would be able to sync with my phone. But not a huge deal, I would think about adding that if possible, however. Other than that, perfecto!!!Avis

My reserved car was ready for pick up at the designated time in spite of the fact that this site lost most of its vehicles to the flooding from hurricane Harvey.Cons:

Easy to pick up and drop-off; even though we dropped off the car rental in a different location. The shuttle to the airport was timely and very convenient. which helped to not have to stress about being late for our flight home.6.0 Okay

Donna Baker was wonderful in correcting an error made by an employee “Jay.” Am hoping all will go smoothly with final billing; therefore cannot give star rating for value.Cons:
It took an hour to make correction and the car I rented had a scratched front bumper, which I was informed would not be a problem for me when I returned car to a different location. It was.5.2 Fair
