Counter people in Phoenix airport were the best! However dealing with people over seize in another country for reservations and or changing reservations we’re absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!! If I have to use people from another country I will not book with Enterprise again. They were rude. I asked to have my reservation changed because my flight changed. The guy was super rude. I didn’t get a confirmation of the change. Called a half hour later and talked to someone else and found out he did not change the reservation per the person I spoke with. The second person changed it but it was still messed up. I always use Enterprise and was extremely disappointed!!!

Car was great although there was no explanation of the car we were just handed the key and sent off on our way. A lot of digital stuff in the car to figure out. Otherwise great experience. Pickup and drop off very easy.

Had a hiccup due to reserving the car at the wrong airport (my error). The folks at Enterprise Phoenix Sky Harbor were amazing. Found me a car and honored my original quote. Got me on my way in no time and were very friendly and helpful.

Went in to get my rental vehicle and nobody was at the counter I ended up having to pay for an Uber during my trip and never received a rental vehicle from Hertz

I thought I was renting a car from the Alamo at the Phoenix International airport, but it is unclear whether they changed it to Mesa (1/2 hour away) or I mistakenly reserved it there. Either way it was not at all clear at the website. So I arrived at the airport and there was no reservation and no cars available. Very disturbing to deal with.

The agent was super welcoming and friendly. I definitely recommend National rental car. Also Kayak online system was easy to use and I was able to book what we needed. The amazing thing was it was $500 cheaper to rent at Mesa Airport than at Phoenix Airport.

Tire had a slow leak they didn’t disclose but knew about and they added $270 in undisclosed fees after the car was returned.

The "comparable" 15 passenger van was 10+ years old and out of alignment. Not sure how they can get away with charging so much for a crappy vehicle rental.

Women at the desk at Mesa Airport (Karen I think) was amazing. We had great response when we needed to get a jumpstart, and the man that took our car when we dropped it off was friendly and very nice. Good things to say all around,.

The only problem was , at the counter. They wouldn't accept my driver's license, due to it not scanning. I was put in a bad position. I understand it was in bad shape, but all other ID I had showed I was me. I was mad but was able to get a copy of it online. The agent was very helpful when she told me about it. All that put me over an hour late and was very stressful.. Thank you
