The enterprise location did NOT have any vehicles. It was a horrible situation and my son was late for his official college visit for basketball. We finally had to go back to the airport and rent a car from there. My family couldn’t fit in the car and we had long drives to colleges. This was The WORST car rental experience and we were grossly overcharged considering the continuous inconvenience and lack of professionalism!

That they charged extra for me being young. That’s so unfair . Now I had to rent with zipcar because they were cheaper and didn’t charge me extra for being young

Vehicle involved in a na accident. We believe because of a fault in the Jeep - Enterprise then choose to ignore any attempt to sort out the mess. VERY VERY poor service - no interest in solving the matter. Never going back to them

The Chevy Malibu I was given had a terrible, nauseating smell. Even upon return, the staff member agreed. It had a strong chemical odor that gave me a headache almost every day.

Car smelled of smoke, car was dirty when issued.. did not fix. Budget staff automatically applied every fine to us, we had to negotiate and lead them through the fact/logic process of the actual qualifiers for the fees to be dismissed. Several of the staff were not happy to service. The gentleman who checked us in on return did help us fight to remove unfounded automatically applied fees (hundreds of dollars). I wish Budget staff all the best!

Raymond the Budget associate was very helpful and understood our needs. He was pleasant and very personable even though he was the only associate working the budget and Avis counter and the store was packed with customers returning and picking up rentals. I told Raymond that Budget/Avis was lucky to have someone with such excellent people and service skills. Only thing when we picked up car it had not been cleaned or vacuumed after the last occupants and the windshield wiper fluid was low as the indicator light kept coming on during my travels. Other than that the car was an excellent car for the money and again Raymond made it all the more pleasant. I would highly recommend doing business at this location again.

The customer service here was excellent. I was brought to my car and asked if I had any questions. The customer service was super friendly and attentive. The car I received was a slight upgrade which was nice and the car was new, high tech, and very clean. Overall, had a great experience.

I was over charged because the Avis representative input the wrong details into the computer which did not recognise that my rental agreement was for unlimited mileage

They took a reservation for 6pm, which is when the office closes. I turned up at 6:10pm and obviously couldn’t pick up my booking as they were shut. I returned at 8am the next day and they wanted to charge me double the amount because I picked up on a different day. I was told nothing could be done about the rate in the office and I would need to call customer service, which I had done the night before, who had told me only the local office could do anything. On top of all of that, I was promised a call back from a manager to resolve the issue within 24-48 hours (which is rediculous when you only have the car for a day) and no one has contacted me. Terrible customer service and extremely frustrating. I won’t be using Avis again!
