The car was not clean it smelled like a wet dog , the floor carpet was vacuumed and that was lall that was done. The car and windows were dirty inside and out and the oil need changing , front tire keep going low , wipers need to be replaced . They advertised that the gas would be full and it only had 3/8 full . I will never rent from Budget again .

I was over charged by $120 which resulted in me not being able to pay the security deposit I was not informed of. I was not able to rent the car. Only part of my money was returned. Still waiting on the majority of it. It was going to cost almost $500 to rent a car for one day which is completely ridiculous. Regardless if the there is a partial hold put on the funds or not it's a ridiculous as mount if money to come up with and then not be refunded on top of it.

Windows not clean, no washer fluid. Customer rep at pick up and drop off unfriendly. Dropped off with full tank. On bill stated we shorted them 3 gal stated came in at 10.something and we gave a receipt showing that we put almost 12 in. Place a complaint call and waiting for investigation to complete so we get refunded the gas fund back. Will not rent from this place ever again
