All the car rental company's have a lot of new employees, which slows things down a bit, but he was very conscientious and we got everything done. Stuart Hertz usually does well.

It took several attempts to acquire roadside assistance for a flat tire, which was flat but still holding air when we picked up the vehicle. We were traveling, but were told we either have to return home or go to another facility which was far to get the tire changed. We got no help from the dealership where we rented the vehicle, and it took three attempts to finally get the help we needed.

We liked nothing about the experience. We got to the Budget Office in Port St Lucie and there was no car for us. The woman there insisted we travel an hour south (we were heading north) to hopefully get another car. No guarantees there either. We ended up having to drive 2 hours to Orlando to start all over by reserving another car. Our reservations contract was not honored.Everything? Maybe you could have reserved a car like you said you would?

We checked several rental companies through Kayak. I tried to be careful to always switch back to "one-way trip" mode, but I must have missed my last time. We were charged $300 extra for our mistake.

PSL - MCO ExperienceI liked being able to book a suitable auto, at very short notice, and at a reasonable price.I couldn't understand why the usual option of returning the car with a full tank of fuel wasn't available. And I had problems with the rear screen wiper, not my fault, I thought, but was told otherwise.

The sfaff was friendlyI rented a nissan sedan and when i got to get the car they only had ford pick up trucks. They gave the nissan to a person that was there before me not even sure if he had a reservation

Nothing.They made me drive a car with engine light in so it could get serviced in Orlando. It was the only one they had and for this price especially rediculous. This is unacceptable and they didn’t respond to my email. At location they said to contact support but no one responds.

didn't have car?This site didn't have cars. Sue, the manager said they requested some but were not there. Finally, because I was strong with her and needed to get to the airport, she made me pay $7 more dollars because she was going to give me someone else's car and it was a full size. When I got to the FLL airport to return the car, they couldn't close the ticket because the car didn't have the barcode. I left and don't know what happened. This is my second issue at this site. The previous time I was accused of smoking! Crazy!

I like that the prices were affordable for what my needs were that particular day. The car was clean, smell free, and full of petrol.What i didn't particularly care for was the actual rental site. The owner was nice about my car not being ready at the actual time requested, but he left and his wife was less than courteous using her employees as scape goats. I asked her if running 15 minutes behind was business as usual there, she said well pickup time is only an estimate. i will use avis in the future, but not this particular site.

Avis does not have integrity!!!!!The rental cost me a great price, $24.98 and then they charged me $42.00 for gas. I asked at the office when picking up the rental if there were gas stations around the airport to refuel. I was told there plenty. News flash, not one gas station near the airport to refuel. They took advantage of my unfamiliarity of the Fort Lauderdale area. Their business practice was not honest and very unfair! Mind you, I only used a little more than 1/4 tank of gas in a Toyota Yaris.

Why make an appointment?Friendly placemade an appointment to pick up a car for 3, had to get on road to the airport...had to wait for them to clean it, 35 min wait...why bother making an appointment? I am glad I built in extra drive drive otherwise I would have potentially missed a flight! Car was mechanically faulty upon acceleration.

Liscence plate almost fell off. There was no key fob for car that was designed for one. Very inconvenient . Avis would not make adjustment in bill.
