Best value for money!
Pros: We keep going for trips now and then, mostly rely on rental cars.
But this time, we got the best car for a very good deal. Got a GMC Acadia for 400+$ for 12 days! What else can I say about that :)
Apart from the cost, service is also very, have requested the Enterprise for a good car as we are doing a very long trip, and promptly they have reserved GMC Acadia upon our request. They are really helpful, and friendly. We haven't got into any trouble during our journey, so cannot comment on how they would respond on that front.
My overall experience is very good, and going for the same Enterprise next time also.

Cons: Well I was promised a week for $159 when I landed I called about to get to the specific location for my car. The gentleman stated that location closed at noon on Saturday. I asked how was I to get the car he said come back tomorrow. I thinking really stay overnight in an airport. Nothing online stated that location closed at noon but he would he happy to help at this location. Just take the shuttle. Then after explaining everything again and signing the nice lady Stephanie says they did they tell you we could not honor the price. I paid $409. Thanks KAYAK

Car was fine, manager tried to stick me with fines
Cons: Returned the vehicle and the manager tried to stick me with fines for damage that was clearly marked on paper before I accepted the vehicle. we had to call over the guy who rented me the car at pickup who resolved the issue who thankfully was more honest than that manager. Will not rent from this location again.

car smelled like cigarette smoke
Pros: Value for the money generally was good. Lenny the agent was very nice and apologetic for the smoke smell. They gave me 10% discount.
Cons: Cigarette smell. Jeep was the rental - little loud on acceleration. Tires were not great. Hydroplaned in water on highway. Got home safe.

Happy with overall package at the end
Pros: We loved the Ford Expedition we were given.
Cons: We didn't like that we had to wait 45 minutes to get our vehicle. We were suppose to get a full size car but ended up with a Ford Expedition which was awesome, but it cost us 45 minutes to get on the road.
