The vehicle I reserved was not available. In fact they had NO cars available for me to rent. I spent $40 to get an uber to the rental location and I had to spend another $40 to get back to my hotel without a rental car. So disappointed.Reviewed Jun 23 2025

Very bad experience. Booked two weeks prior to my visit. Day before I was supposed to pick it up they called to inform me that the car probably won’t be available. No call back. I call them the day I was supposed to pick it up to see if there’s anything new and nothing. Can’t offer another solution, don’t call back, didn’t seem like they wanted to help. Not looking for an apology or compensation. Only hear to warn people about this company.Reviewed Jan 9 2024
