The pick up location (And drop off) were not at the airport, but at a remote location that required us to Uber to that location from the airport for an additional expense.Hertz itself was fine, but Kayak should have highlighted that the rental location was not on the airport property.

Final billing. In the final bill email, I was charged the weekly rate for the daily rate and had to rush back to the rental car desk to get adjusted after I had gotten to my airport gate. I could not get a person on the phone to help me and had to go back in person. It was stressful.

Decent staff, horrific companyI was given a $25 voucher for the address mishap.The engine maintenance light was on the whole time, I was sent to the wrong address (the address on the receipt was to a location that closed over a year ago, so I paid double the cab fare getting to the right place), it then took over an hour to get out the door with my car despite only one person being ahead of me. When the car stalled and that engine light started to look suspicious, they refused to allow me to return to another location. They wanted to charge me a one-way rental fee. I appreciated the voucher, but I'll never use it. I'll never return to Hertz again.

Switch and betted me on Hybrid car! I ended up with a car with 10480 miles and rear end damage on it, instead of a brand new one with 600 miles as promised!

I expected more from Hertzpick up was quick and orderly. The location looked new and the only agent there, who introduced himself as the Desk Manager, was friendly. The minivan we rented was spacious, enough for 8 passengers.My husband checked around the exterior and driver-side and passenger side of interior only when he was at the location. Unfortunately, we were already 1hr away picking up guests/friends from out of town, when we realized that the very back row-seat wasn't cleaned properly and with lots of dog fur/hair (you can see fur on seats, inside cupholders and floor) :( Our daughter, who we asked to seat in that part, kept sneezing. We were too far and would be late for our reservations to turn back to request for an exchange/diff car. So make sure to double check your rental next time. upon return, we mentioned our issue to the Desk Manager and he apologized for it. Hopefully, they can check on their end too for other renters sake next time.

Sunday ripoffCar was fineSigned up on Kayak for a Wed-Sat rental but the rental place is closed on Sunday and there's no after hours drop-off so you have to pay for the sunday and ruin your monday morning to get the car returned...
