Pros:Check-in was easy and she/the agent was friendly.Cons:Not a fan of NISSAN cars. Dash isn't intuitive and not the best car to drive. Found trash under the seat from a previous driver.Reviewed May 27 2021

Cons:The agent offered a upgrade for a fee for a jeep cherokee. I had an issue with my card and had to call them. I walked from the transaction to call the card provider and was assigned a Nissan Rogue. I have hated every Nissan I have driven and would never pay extra to drive one. It was past 9 pm and I still had to go home and load up before leaving on my 800 mile drive to be with my mom who's husband died the next morning. My back still hurts from the low quality nissan seating .Reviewed Jul 13 2020

Pros:I liked checking in early online, bypassing lines. This is a great incentive when choosing my next rental. Drop-off was easy.Cons:When checking out, I wanted the attendant to check the car for dents/scratches. She wouldn’t do it. She seemed irritated that she had to write something down.
