I was on my honeymoon and Im a month away from 25. Gentleman working at desk was a total D-bag in front of my wife. Had to get family to come in and rent it and put me on as an additional driver. Total annoyance and company wouldn't give a rip.10.0 Wonderful

Cons:
I did not get the car, I became sick that day tried to call I was on the phone for hours waiting I canceled through the hertz desk that’s if there is no way to reach kayak either by phone or email. I tried but to no avail. I wanted a refund because I have vertigo all day and it’s unsafe to drive — not happy with not being able to reach and get a refund2.0 Poor

The car with it was both very dirty, it had an odor and visible dirt. The vehicle also seem to have engine issues, or require a tuneup.2.8 Poor

Guy was rude, the car promised was not what was being offered to me. When I asked for another vehicle he gave attitude. Car was dirty and had an odor. They did not offer a replacement. Guy was on a personal call during transaction. Had rude comments made during drop off.3.2 Poor

I informed Enterprise about the car having a colony of ants that made their way inside the vehicle the entire three hour drive to our destination and I was told that it happens if the car is sitting out for long or not being rented.. They said it’s happened before so I question why this would happen again.. If this wasn’t the first time, they should have thoroughly inspected the car before renting it. Also, I mentioned that my friend had a minor allergy to cat fur because every time she got in the car, she would start sneezing and her eyes reddened. Thankfully she was mildly allergic so we were able to get some allergy medicine but it just made me question their overall inspection and cleaning process with their vehicles. The car itself kept glitching on us and kept showing an error message about a sd card being removed. We tried calling them about it but the automated message would say they were closed when their website said they were open. It was bothering to be asked what we wanted from them to make up for the inconveniences... We only wanted a car that wasn’t infested by ants and was thoroughly cleaned and inspected before renting out to people.5.6 Fair
