After dealing with a very rude associate, we had an appointment to pick up the rental car and had to wait 30 minutes for the car to be "cleaned". By the time we got it, it still had dirt all over it. This isn't an airport location. There was very little foot traffic and there were only 2 other customers, no excuse for the behavior or lack of professionalism

They forgot to show me where the button was to open the gas tank. But I was able to find it after some digging. Not a problem at all.
