Cons:
The car provided to me was filthy. I could barely see through the smeared windshield, and there wasn't a drop of washer fluid. Worse, there was a terrible scraping sound that Hertz must have known about. This car should not have been rented to anyone, certainly not at the high price that I paid. It was the worst rental car experience I have ever had.8.0 Very good

Cons:
When I picked up the car, I was told that the gas tank was full. When I got on the road, I realized that the tank was only 1/4 full. The vehicle also reeked of cigarette smoke to the point that we had to get air fresheners and all had a massive headache. The car was not clean on the outside. Inside was fine. We also had to put air in one of the tires three different times during our trip. This was not a good car rental experience.10.0 Wonderful

The staff were very unfriendly and did not attempt to help us at all. They acted powerless because it was through a third party. The girl that checked us in had a sour attitude and made the start to our vacation poor. She doesn’t need to be in customer service.Cons:
We accidents selected the wrong time to pick up our car and were 2 hours late. No one called us and I think that would be something beneficial so that people could try to get there as quickly as possible.3.6 Poor

Cons:
Pickup took 45 minutes to get a car. I realize we are under a pandemic though. There was really only one guy checking people in and checking the cars in, so he was doing the best he could. Dropping the car off was so much easier. They had streamlined their process. It took 5 minutes.10.0 Wonderful
