I needed to change pick-up location
Pros: I found a location that was closer and they took very good care of me! Thank you Benji at the Enterprise 123 Bay Area Blvd location!
Cons: I called a closer location to see if they had availability and they said they did, when I got there they didn't have any cars and told me it would be 3 hours before they had a car for me.

Extorted into purchasing supplemental insurance.
Cons: My girlfriend and I each have insurance policies that extend coverage to rentals. When my girlfriend picked up the car from the enterprise office, the employee would not let her take it without the additional coverage. She repeatedly insisted, contrary to enterprise policy, that the insurance was mandatory. Subsequently the rental rate almost tripled. When I found out I immediately contacted the enterprise office. I was told they would call me back before the close of business that day, which never happened. I will be pursuing recourse with enterprises corporate office and kayak.

Pros: Drop off was really quick. Nice staff.
Cons: A long wait at pick up, but they can't help when it will be so busy.

Long wait for pick up and drop off
Pros: Only went there because location was close to home
Cons: Took almost 45 minutes to pick up the car and just as long to get the car dropped off. Car was okay.

Cons: There was a crack in the windshield that was not fixed prior to me picking up the car and I thought that was not a safe thing to do

Pros: I was scheduled to pick up my rental at 5:00 pm, we were on our way to pick up the rental when we get a call at 4 : 45 pm that there were no cars available.
Enterpise said they would leave my reservstion open but come to find out they would not price match the reseervation price.
Ended up canaceling our mini vacation.

Cons: I was called 2 hrs before the rental time to be told the minivans were not available. That is really poor. Consequently, i had to cancel my trip that i had planned well in advance and relatives had travelled from overseas to attend.

Pros: The car was smooth riding and very comfortable to drive. The gas mileage was very good.
Cons: The trunk was smaller than I expected but still held the luggage for four people.

Quality of car was horrible
Pros: Vehicle was ready at scheduled time
Vehicle was good on gas
It was easy in and out
Cons: Speakers did not work
Vehicle smelled of gasoline on the inside (agent knew and rolled windows down and turn AC on blast, didn't realize until I was gone already)
Worst staff and they don't respect reservations!!!
Cons: They didn't respect our reservation, they told me I could pick the car at 6 and they closed the office at 6, didn't tell me they didn't accept debit card and we had already paid for an insurance but they said they didn't accept it and we had to pay for another one. Worst service ever and a waste of time and money.

Who doesn't have a key box for off hours drop offs?
Pros: At least in Houston, renting a car at IAH was literally going to cost double which is ridiculous. So good to have options elsewhere in the city. ;)
Cons: I learned the hard way that not all Hertz locations have off hour drop off capability (likely this is for all rental companies). It was partly my fault for forgetting to change the default noon to noon drop off times when booking online, but the end result was a big hassle given our pick up location was closed all day Sunday and didn't open Monday until 7:30 am. We had a 10:00 am international flight to catch and this wasn't an airport location. We changed the drop off to a nearby location for $30 but there it was anything but intuitive. Got it done after much hassle and since I haven't heard anything I assume all is well.
