There was a fee of $150 on a $94 rental that was not disclosed until I went to pick the car up. There needs to truth in pricing. It’s a little late to decide when you are there to pick the car up.

Kayak gave me the wrong address and even city for my rental. I reserved in Asheville but my car was in brevard which was 40 min away. I resolved the issue but the enterprise staff on site were not very creative in their problem solving.

Employees super helpful. Gas not full but was told how to return. It was the perfect vehicle for us. Oil light was on whole time.

Everything was awesome except the fact that the card we had reserved wasn’t there so when we got ready to leave in the morning, we had to wait a couple of extra hours because they didn’t have the vehicle there. It had to be transported. Other than that. everything was amazing and excellent. The customer service the person who checked us out with it was amazing as well, very friendly knowledgeable.

Cons:

I paid for a mid sized suv to go on vacation with my 3 friends. I was given a Nissan Kicks which is a sub compact vehicle. It was so small we barely fit our luggage in. Very disappointed. The lady at Hertz didn’t care and said she had nothing else. Will Never use Hertz again. Poor customer service.
