Very helpfull But ......... The vehicle STUNK of cigarettes .The vehicle STUNK of cigarettes . Took 4 days to clear up . Drove with the windows open when ever possible . Wife suffers from Emphysema Very dissapointing

Fast and exceptional serviceOur flight was delayed and we got in pretty late. There was one woman working with quite a long line and got everyone in and out quickly with a warm smile and positive attitude. Helped to make a frustrating day so much better. I wish all agents could be like her.

get it togetherleaking tire needed to be filled with air every day- who sends a car out with a tire that leaks, given that the car itself gives an error message when it was turned on. inside of windows was filthy- had obvioulsy been wiped with a dirty rag. i could barely see - had to stop and buy glass cleaner

I rented a full size car and was given a midsize car with absolutely no apologies or credits. To give a good analogy, I paid for a Ribeye steak, but received a hamburger. Inexcusable.

The car was comfortable. Got upgraded to a larger car for free which was nice.The car reeked of smoke even though there were “No Smoking” signs listed in the vehicle. When pointed out to a staff member, the reply was, “it happens, we don’t have control over that.” Not great. Also, there was no one at the Enterprise pickup counter. Took a long time to get ahold of a staff member for pickup.

When I picked up my car, I was offered insurance for the vehicle. Usually I get it, but this time it was ridiculously high! Over $40 per day...which was twice as much as the highest rate I'd paid in the past.

Extremely Fast Pickup and Drop off. Less then 5 minutes on each end. Car was basically brand new and very clean.Price maybe. Overall a good experience.

Good service getting out the door.Windows, inside and out need to be cleaned. Glare was horrible and dangerous. Back window especially dirty inside. New cars outgas all the time and the inside windows need special attention.

I paid for a mid sized suv to go on vacation with my 3 friends. I was given a Nissan Kicks which is a sub compact vehicle. It was so small we barely fit our luggage in. Very disappointed. The lady at Hertz didn’t care and said she had nothing else. Will Never use Hertz again. Poor customer service.
