Pros:

Helpful staff at the pickup, though the other customers in the office weren’t wearing masks. It was uncomfortable.

Cons:

I received a car I didn’t want or plan for, a minivan, which I don’t feel comfortable driving. I paid for a premium sedan and I received the furthest thing from it. The car was filthy when I went to load my luggage. The carpet was covered with grass and dirt. And the out-of-date aux/phone connectivity was hard to use and poor quality, making navigation stressful and my music unenjoyable.

Pros:

Voided rental while on site! Rented a Nissan Pathfinder gave me a Kia Sorento with body damage and stained cloth seats! Staff could not assist and offered a minivan replacement! When you pay for premium SUV rental that is what is expected!

Cons:

Staff gave me a phone number to call which was incorrect. The second phone number is Hertz.com ignore with endless menus, ultimately placing the caller in hold he’ll for ridiculous amounts of wait time. Finally spoke with a representative so heavily accented that we could barely communicate resulting in yet another phone call to the billing department! Still awaiting my credit card refund as I paid for the rental up front to save money on the crazy cost!

Pros:

Confirmed my rental 3 days in advance as I had made a change in time of pick up - not a problem at all. Got to location at appropriate time, paperwork was easy as ever to do, owner went around to get my car - I had been "Upgraded"!!!!!!!! ( I am sure he did not have my original grade there on site = Nissan Rogue.). I was given a Ford Edge = nice! Included was Sirius radio!. Car was great. Could have been cleaned inside a little better, but hard to keep up with all the pine pollen that had started flying around. Thanx for the nice ride Hertz!

They cancel the reservation the night before and we arrived but they said that reservation was cancel. And we never got a notice.
