Pros: I liked the overall service. The two reps I had contact with was very polite and helpful.
Cons: When I got there I didn't know I had to bring 2 utility bills and pay a 150 refundable deposit for the rental. I asked the rep why I didn't know.. She said that most third-party sites don't have regulations. I had to go back home and retrieve all these items.. Which was a hassel to do being that I have only one bill in my name at my residence. This needs to change because you guys will miss out on money.. As long as the person has the money.. Let them rent the car. I later found out this rule is for debit card users only.

Pros: Staff is awesome!!! Very helpful, kind and extremely polite and very customer focused
Cons: How come Kayak let me book even though the location was closed at time of arrival

Cons: Waited for shuttle for 30 minutes but none showed. Person told us to call. We did and office did not answer. Than after another 30 minutes we called again and received an automatic message that the office was closed. We had to rent from another company at a premium.
