Car smelled
Cons: Car had funky smell. Pickup location wasn't concerned about it, they said "oh, we didn't smell anything", even though they had to drive the vehicle out front for me.

Pros: Pick-up and return were very short and smooth. Car was clean and in great shape even tho it had 46,000 miles on it. People at both ends were helpful and friendly. I was very satisfied. There's nothing more to say.

Hertz Lee's Summit is Excellent
Pros: I got what I believe to be a totally reasonable price.
I was late to pick up, so I didn't get the car that was alotted to me, but the guy set me up with a different one right away, and extended my time with the car for just the base rate and let me drop it off at the airport for no extra charge, thanks guy!

No Service
Cons: After completing reservation online I went to the local Budget store to pick up rental and first they didn't even see my reservation. Once they found the reservation they then told me it would be at least 6 hours before a car would be ready for me. Why wasn't this communicated to me when I did the reservation? I would not have gotten a ride there and went thru all of the extra planning had I known this in advance.

Nice Vehicle - Dirty Windshield
Pros: 2017 Escape was a comfortable vehicle. Quick in & out on the rental.
Cons: Don't understand how a car can be prepped for rental with dead bugs plastered all over the windshield & the inside of the windshield is dirty.
