They were 2 hours late for pick up and then told me there was nothing they could do to compensate me because I had prepaid. They eventually offered me a voucher towards a future rental but didn't disclose how much it would be for and I haven't received it yet. Don't book here if you value your time.10.0 Excellent

The first Hertz agent I talked to was forthright that he was waiting for cars, but didn't have any at the time of pickup.Cons:
Changing the reservation time on the phone was easy - except there were no cars available when I tried to pick up the car! I asked them to call me and was ensured they would but they never did. I came back later that night and there still were no cars.5.9 Okay
