Pros (+) It was close to where my family lived. The pillows were very comfortable, as was the bed.
Cons (-) There were a lot of things that needed to be fixed. The vent fan wasn’t secured properly to the ceiling. The shelf in the bathroom was half hanging off the wall. When I plugged in my hair straightener, there was a power surge throughout my entire hotel room. Elevator was VERY dirty. Looked like a kid had smeared BBQ sauce on the panels. There was a baseball team staying on my final night, and the ...

Pros (+) The lobby was nicely updated.
Cons (-) There was a definite odor in the hallways and the humidity indoors was past uncomfortable. Our check in took a long time because they could not find my reservation despite giving them my booking number. She had to go into the back to check the other, older computer. She still didn't find the reservation so she just put us in a room which was nice, but I wish she would have done that first rather t...

Pros (+) Staff were kind and courteous. Complimentary breakfast was fine.
Cons (-) My room has had major maintenance done poorly. Bathroom needs repainting, front door doesn’t close very easily, and bedroom area had amateur drywall job on ceiling.

Cons (-) Lost in the darkness of a hidden alley in a doubtful neighborhood. They were renovating it, it probably will get a nice hotel, but right now is a wreck.

Pros (+) Comfortable, convenient, decent breakfast
Cons (-) 0330 AM check in: night clerk unable to use systems. Had to call supervisor 3x before he emerged belligerently from sleep on site and solved the problems in less tha 5 minutes after his arrival. This did not happen until after 0430 AM. More seating for the breakfast would be of great benefit.

Pros (+) Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice.
Cons (-) Get a housekeper who know how to clean the rooms between guests. The walls need washing, floors need sweeping, clean spider webs - very basic things

Pros (+) This is my Second time staying, king executive room was clean and comfortable, contemporary style. Kids slept on the pullout sofa bed, they said it was comfortable. Breakfast had different choices of hot bar each day, that tasted good.
Cons (-) Water pressure in the shower wasn't too good, it made taking a shower a little longer to get all the shampoo and conditioner out of my hair. Also I arrived early and called the hotel asking if I could check in early the front desk stated they did not do early check in, check in with at 3 PM they are least I could do was 2:45 PM. I have stayed at other country inn hotels in other states/locations a...

Family, Oct 2016 - Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Indy Air South
Pros (+) Convenient location
Cons (-) Huge sign from the interstate on location of hotel but only a small sign to show where to turn to get to the property. Not enough parking for hotel guests. Stayed 2 nights. I returned to hotel late in the evening and had to park along the curb as not enough parking spaces on either side of the hotel. Arrived to hotel to check in around 4:30 p.m. and room was not available. Sat in lobby while manag...
