Pros (+) Very nice hotel, fair price, pool was clean, little gym was an ice. Maid service was nice.

Pros (+) The receptionist was very friendly. I asked for toothpaste and she gave me extra, also was clear about all wifi, breakfast, and other ammenities
Cons (-) Hotel is clean, but very run-down. It could use a paint job in most places.

Cons (-) I thought I was getting a great deal on a hotel in Austin. Unfortunately, it was not in a nice part of town, heavy traffic and I did not get the feeling that my vehicle, possessions, and persons would be safe. Staff was nice, the young lady at the desk promptly put her headphones back in her ears when she was done with me. I don't know how old the hotel is, but immediately upon walking in we were ...

Pros (+) Check-in was easy and location in Austin was central to our activities. I felt like it was a good value. The book lending library is a great idea, and if I'd had young children with me would have been a bigger asset. The breakfast was good, with plenty of variety. The hot foods (eggs, bacon, sausage, etc.) were hot and fresh.
Cons (-) Even though we had a non-smoking room, the room smelled heavily of smoke from others in the hotel smoking. The elevator smelled of marijuana. The eating area was crowded at breakfast and we sat at an 8' table with folding chairs in a poorly lit area next to some boxes, etc. piled up against the wall. Since we did not book directly through the hotel, we were told our room could not be changed when ...

Pros (+) The bed and comforter where probably the most comfortable I've ever had in a hotel.
Cons (-) Still needs some more work as far as carpet and paint. But over all still a great place for the money
