Fantastic location, we had an early morning flight out of SAT and we couldn't have gotten much closer for a quick morning commute! Close to shopping and restaurants, so you don't need to venture far if you are just looking to get in and out to the airport. There is also a Murphy's USA gas station right around the corner, cheap gas to fill up your rental prior to return! The staff was really nice a...

Room clean. Staff nice. Shower had broken tile fixture. Elevator really slow. Breakfast buffet not very good, bacon salt , eggs runny. Kids loved the pool. Price steep because of spring break probably. For the price they could have done more on the breakfast. But enjoyed the stay.

The room smelled like mildew, the couch and curtains were visibly dirty and very dusty. The carpet was disgusting. But the bed was comfortable, loved having a Starbucks on site, and staff were friendly. Won’t be staying here again, though

Cons (-) Room was on the dark side. No safe in the room. Only one small light lights up at the door light switch and the room is very dark, needed to find the other light switches in dim lighting.

Cons (-) WORST HOTEL DO NOT STAY HERE! THE STAFF, RAL AND LUIS ARE LIARS. We came last night with our 5 year old. It took 45 minutes to check in. We finally do and there is pubic hair on the bed. We call the front desk, Luis said he was alone and would call us back in 10 minutes. We waited, 30 minutes went by...nothing!
