Pros (+) Gorgeous, spacious rooms with big, beautiful bathrooms. So many extra touches - bath slippers, wellness tip of the day, sleeping eye mask, and bath salts... all small and wonderful ways to feel pampered. The bellman and valet also gave excellent service.

Pros (+) Love the fact that from the time you pull in till the time you leave the staff takes all the stress out of your stay. Also love that you can walk right out the doors and your on the river walk.
Cons (-) The only complaint is there is no hotel shuttle to area attractions.

It was very dark, although they wanted a certain style (not sure exactlybwhat it was, old, Mexican, historic) they didn't pull it off very well. Pros (+) Nice and clean hotel with very friendly staff. Centrally located so you can walk most places very quickly...or take a cheap Uber ride. Breakfast buffet was delicious!! We parked our car at valet but wasn't aware that it was $40/night. You might find cheaper options in one of the many parking garages close by. All and all...great place to stay!

Pros (+) Great location and I liked the rustic feel of the place.
Cons (-) The card reader on the door did not work well. Took at least 10 tries before it actually opened the door. The carpet isn't the greatest. Have to pay for wifi.
