Cons (-) Staff Did not get a queen room as per my reservation Heaters had not been properly prepared for winter and caused the smoke alarm to go off--very stressing. When notified staff that seemed aware by gave me the "oh, it's because is the first time it's on" excuse..what happened to maintenance? Count they have turned them on so guest didn't have to stress?
