Michelle, Jun 2024 - Marriott San Antonio Airport
Was really disappointed with the toilet and with the staff. It became clogged after my husband went to the restroom. Called the front desk and they sent someone over to unclog. Then, the next day my daughter went and it became clogged again. Wish they would’ve mentioned to me it wasn’t working the first night and moved us to another room. Brought it up to front desk at checkout and they stated I n...

Frank, Sep 2021 - San Antonio Marriott Northwest Medical Center
The staff was so friendly and helpful. They really stood out. The only down side is that the hotel is a little hard to get to, being located on the access road. Not a problem, just a nuisance. But the staff definitely made up for it.

Demetria, Apr 2021 - San Antonio Marriott Riverwalk
Pros (+) Clean room. Comfortable bed. Nice fitness facility. Bar has great drinks (If you can get to them in its claustrophobic area).
Cons (-) Pool area is very outdated. Water was also murky.

Anonymous, May 2019 - San Antonio Marriott Rivercenter on the River Walk
Pros (+) I liked how close it was to the Alamo and to the Riverwalk. Also how it had shops and restaurants really close, walking distance, away.
Cons (-) 1) I booked from a third party site which doesn't confirm you get the room you chose, it only holds a room (they don't say what kind) for you. 2) There is $40 parking that they don't tell you about (prob best to park across the street and walk). 3) there is no complimentary breakfast. Plates start at $12 a person (McDonald's is literally right around the corner). 4) the staff wasn't helpful when I...

Pros (+) Location was awesome.. the hotel lobby was really nice.
Cons (-) The room was 80 degrees went we got to the room. The AC struggled to cool the room which never cooled down. The hallways were Hotter than that. The bar closed too early on a Saturday night too! We will never stay there again! Plus I had to park my F250 across the street because my stock pick up wouldn’t fit in the parking garage! Really

Cons (-) Room was a bit musty. Breakfast was not as we expected. Ran out of some of the items and some of the hot items were cold. Fairly disappointed for the amount we paid for the breakfast buffet.

Pros (+) Bed was very comfortable and nicely made, staff was friendly.
Cons (-) Newly renovated room but poorly finished. Shower head sprayed everywhere, bowl sink was loose and leaked, sink faucet had hot and cold crossed, room table had food crums on it. Stairwells were very dirty. Breakfast buffet is incredibly over priced, would never pay $18 for a small buffet that is free at other Marriott hotels.

Cons (-) Could not accommodate our truck - had to park off site.

Anonymous, Nov 2016 - San Antonio Marriott Rivercenter on the River Walk
Pros (+) Housekeeping was fast. Location on the river walk was very convenient.
Cons (-) The room and bathroom were very small. There was also a very strong scent of perfume that was overwhelming when you walked into the hotel. We noticed it every time we came into the hotel during our stay. It was almost nauseating. Parking was expensive. It was the week of Thanksgiving and the front desk seemed to be severely understaffed.
