Turned the car in with a full tank of gas, as reflected on receipt, but charged me $26 for cost of refueling. Tried to dispute charges, their customer care requires a 30+ minute hold. Terrible customer service.

Well I got my dates mixed up, which had me showing up to pick up my rental a week earlier than I had reserved it for. Lol. My bad! But the professional at the counter was still able to get me a rental anyway. Which was important, as I was there in Dayton without a car and needed to get back home in Columbus. So drop off was different from where I picked up the rental. Personnel at the drop off location was just a friendly and helpful. Thanks so much!

No problems, but I was 2nd person st the checkout counter. Agent was very good and fastest rental car checkout ever, but there are at least 10 people behind me in line when I left. Another agent was needed.
