We had a problem with our international credit cards so car rent was not possible. We understood the situation, though we were ver disappointed there were no refunds. Afterwards we kindly asked for other travel options but staff was very unfriendly and dismissed us. Will never use their services again.Reviewed Mar 11 2023

The consultant at check in was pushy and very long winded. Did not need to hear his life story I was in a rush. Sold me full coverage on the idea of how AZ is a loss of use state and would not take no for an answer. Otherwise car was clean and had no issues. Thanks.Reviewed Feb 21 2023

The service was smooth and easy, at both pick-up and drop-off. They upgraded me to a standard since they lacked a mid-sized, but the gas cost was still manageable. The only issue was the lack of a mapping software, meaning we had to travel with our own Garmin system. Using my phone would incur roaming charges.Reviewed Jan 31 2023

I was assured no more than 24 hours after dropping off vehicle I would get the $200 credit card deposit bank. It is now over 48 hours and the money still isn't on my card. everything else was fine but this deposit process is broken and deters me from trusting and using Dollar again.Reviewed Nov 28 2022

Since the car manual doesn't make it clear...tell the customer how to open the gas tank flap. The manual refers to a button on the driver's door...eventually (!!!) we figured out you just push on the flap and it opens. Otherwise, pretty smooth!Reviewed May 2 2022

The check in agent was dealing with a frustrated customer ahead of us. We had to wait quite a while but more shocking was his rudeness and frustration back at the customer. Our check in was fine however we received a vehicle that reeked of cigarettes. It was disgusting and one of my kids has asthma and it really bothered him. We were traveling with friends who rented from Hertz. We shouldn't have had to pay more to receive better treatment and a cleaner vehicle.Reviewed Apr 1 2022
