Pros:Great car, great condition. Easy process. Dollar personnel was ok. Very easy process with Kayak. Thank you!
Pros:Staff was nice and there was no wait at the drop off. Just remember to bring your gas receipt with you.
Cons:I was quoted $746.65 when I rented this vehicle from you. I paid $1007.71, despite getting the exact services I told you I wanted. I asked them why I was not quoted the price and they would not give me a satisfactory answer. I'm very, very disappointed in you and I would like my $261.06 back.
Pros:It was quick and easy to drop off the car and they printed my receipt right there at the car.

Cons:I called Dollar a few days before my reservation to ask for the phone number of the local office I would be renting from, in order to insure they had my vehicle. Dollar would not give me that info and just ensured me that the vehicle would be ready. It was not. In fact they said they they hadn't had that type of vehicle for a year.

Cons:We had a reservation with pickup time as 5:00 am in Phoenix airport thinking it was 24 hours service. No one was there in office when we reached and came to know that service started only at 6:00 am. We came back and only to find we did not have our reserved 12 passenger vehicle. They suggested o look elsewhere .luckily we got from another company but had to pay a lot than what was originally booked for.
Pros:Upon picking up my car, the first choice I was offered was a lovely, bright yellow VW Beetle! Normally, I would never opt for this car but it just seemed like the perfect choice in Phoenix, a city I'd never visited before! Many thanks for the unexpected!
