Pros:Zero.
Cons:PD in full for car online on May 11. Would not take my Arizona Drivers license, nor a debit card- the same one they gladly took my money from via the internet with. The working team on 6/5/18, did ZERO to help me. Did not use one ounce of creativity, common sense nor customer service 101 to make sure they got me taken care of. I had this lot credit back my money (thanks for nothing) as it takes several days to take effect. I went a few doors down to another car rental place and got exceptional service, kind understanding for the horrible trip thus far, and they bent over backwards to find an immediate solution. They even upgraded my rental significantly because of the way I was treated by your company. Needless to say I will let everyone possible know of my experience and I will never consider your company again. Instead of SIXT...it should be T'd Off- What an abomination of a service. Pros:The gentleman that checked me in was very welcoming, informative, and kind. Pickup and dropoff was easy to find (well...as easy as the sky harbor airport COULD be). Rental car was clean and comfortable.

Cons:The car was NOT cleaned out from its previous rental. There were nail polish bottles, dog bones (not kidding), and a plethora of cereal and cracker crumbs all over the back. On top of being irritated at being denied the "premium automobile" i had already paid for, because I don't carry a major credit card, I get stuck in a Chevy, and it was far from the luxury automobile I expected. On top of just not being clean, which is unfathomably ridiculous to me; it didn't have Bluetooth options, the USB connection to a phone worked half the time at best. Tried FOUR times to call and file a complaint, and was just bounced around to assorted offices and got NO help; and didn't want to waste my entire vacation bitching about the shitty rental I was stuck with. Would love to speak to somebody to address these concerns.
