My mistake, but I booked at a location 30miles from the airport and so...., of course I had a huge fee to pay to drop off at the airport when returning. AND, an uber fee to get me to the rental car location when we arrived at the airport. Car had many bings and scratches so that was a pain to take the time to go through that + later notices some plastic panel underneath the car that was hanging down almost to the ground. Inside of windshield was filthy so when the sun was directly shinning in it was dangerous driving.

Pros:The guy was extremely rude in Phoenix office. Total JERK !
Cons:They declined to rent a car to me because I have a debit card. That's never happened to me before. So I went to Enterprise and rented with no problems.

Pros:Didn't have the car I reserved but got a great upgrade. Car was very comfortable, clean & in good condition.
Cons:Pick up & drop off were under-staffed for the holiday rush.

Cons:the price I secured for a rental was @ 100.00 and that didn't show me the taxes in AZ. that changed my total price to over $499. quite a price difference to say the least
