Cons:This place is unorganized and the car was not great
Cons:You need to provide directions to the off site locations. It was very difficult finding the office on it’s not located at the airport. I did not know there was a surcharge for dropping off at the terminal either
Pros:I liked the service and friendliness of the staff. The car had a lot of small scratches, and couple of small dents, so I did not have to worry about possible damage, as one or two more scratches would not make a difference... :-)
Cons:The car was not what I reserved, although the same category (I think). It did not have key remote, so every time you would have to put the key in the door and open/lock the car. Same with the trunk. The reservation process would have been better to explain mandatory charges and insurances - I feel I was forced to purchase an insurance, which according to other car rental agencies were not mandatory...
Pros:The people were outstanding. Our flight was late and came in after the location was closed. 2 hrs late and our shuttle was waiting for us at the airport and vehicle was ready.

Cons:The car was definitely not a Tahoe and barely an SUV. The vehicale was more like a crossover like a Subaru forester. This made it challenging to fit all of our gear and drive through the rainy season's roads.

Pros:The people at the rental facility were very kind and friendly and even offered to take us to another rental car location in their shuttle, which we accepted.
Cons:We made a reservation with Kayak for a rental with a weekly rate of just under $300. When we went to pick up the car, the total charge was just under $650. What the... Apparently there is a "manditory" insurance charge that you are required to pay and it does not show in the online reservation prices. We have rented cars internationally dozens of times and have never seen this practice before. Ridiculous.
Pros:Service was prompt.
Cons:The actual charged price was more than THREE TIMES the price that I was quoted online. The quoted price claimed to include all the "taxes, fees and surcharges." Once at the rental car office, I felt trapped. If I can't trust the quoted price from Kayak, then it is pointless to use them in the future.
Cons:They force you to take insurance and pay more money despite having coverage already with the card we paid with.
Pros:Easy rental and quick shuttle to airport
Cons:The insurance that I bought from your website was not recognized by Dollar....waste of $45
