Pros:The line was very easy for picking up the car, and there were no issues with the service.Cons:The car was old (with over 42000 miles) and had rips in the seats. I expect a newer quality car from a national car rental company.Reviewed Aug 14 2019

Pick up was chaosPros:Everyone tried hard and they got me into a car eventually.Cons:Took almost 45 minutes to rent. They didn’t have the car type I had booked. Seemed short staffed. Lines were ridiculous.Reviewed Nov 5 2018

Good except...Pros:Clean vehicle, reliable.Cons:The agent at the time of hand-off was super pushy and forced me in to getting extra unnecessary coverage that I almost called enterprise after the fact to take off. Highly doubt i’ll Use enterprise as a service ever again.Reviewed Oct 27 2018

Wanted the example SUV car (Toyota RAV4) did not get it.Pros:Courteous receptionist for getting the car rental agreement started.Cons:Did not get the SUV type I thought I would get. The extra insurance I bought was positioned to me by Enterprise as being secondary and that I would be responsible for initiating claims. Bad move on the part of Enterprise AND the extra insurance agency to not be in sync what the extra insurance would do and implied difficulty in filing claims. Fortunately, I did not have to make any claims. I certainly would never pay for insurance like that again. Even though it was not part of the "Enterprise" experience (in that they did not control the insurance), their policy on this type of insurance reflected very poorly on them, in my opinion.Reviewed Aug 20 2018

Kayak knocked down enterprises price.Pros:Competitive price. I went online initially with enterprise and they were hundreds more then I checked kayak and got the same vehicle at the same airport for much less.Reviewed Aug 5 2018
