Book Enterprise Rent-A-Car car rentals in Burnaby

You can get roadside assistance for your rental car at an extra fee. It works around the clock, so mechanics will come to your rescue if you get a flat tire and have no inflated spare. Roadside assistance also ensures you're not stranded should you lose your keys or lock them accidentally in the car. Your rental car will also be towed after an emergency. Also, check terms and conditions for personal accident insurance, damage waiver, supplemental liability protection, and personal effects coverage.

It depends on where you are in Burnaby. The company's rental desk is situated in south Burnaby at 5609 Imperial Street. When arriving north of Burnaby, you'll find the car rental reception at 5175 Regent Street. The service is also available at Vancouver International Airport (YVR), where you can walk or use a free shuttle. You don't have to worry if you arrive at the airport point on Sunday, at night, or after hours. The agency operates here 24/7.

Enterprise allows delayed returns, but there's a specific procedure you need to follow. You must confirm with your original renting office that your day may get busier than expected. As already mentioned, the airport branch is a 24-hour service, but the rest may differ. Non-airport rental agreements must be completed during business hours and may not be available on Sundays. For after-hour returns, use a service drop box — check how it operates to avoid additional fees. You generally must return your rented vehicle to the same place you picked it up. Otherwise, you must inform the Enterprise staff that you intend to drop it off elsewhere in the city. Dropping off a car at a different location than the pickup point will cost you more.
