Cons: they did not have the car at the location even though I reserved it several weeks in advance.

Cons: They didn't have vehicle requested and did not try to help me find one.

No cars on the lot

Cons: I made a reservation for a car that was available on the lot to travel for the Thanksgiving holiday. I received a call around 8am the morning of the reservation from the location’s manager telling me that he had 85 reservations that day but no cars on his lot. I asked what this meant for my reservation & he said that i more than likely would not be getting a car. All together it was a terrible experience - the location was unorganized & no solutions or alternatives were provided.

You stole my money

Pros: Absolutely nothing

Cons: You charged me $45 for insurance and Enterprise never rented me a car. They were “running low on their car inventory” and would call me back - LIES. I saved their voicemail and I’m saving everything to remind myself to never use you again. I’ve been using Kayak for @ 10 years too. I’m very disappointed.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: First this location is VERY small and oddly situated. It's hard to maneuver in and out of this location. The vehicle that we rented was filthy. There were red drink stains throughout, the carpet was not vacuumed, dirt marks were very visible. I had to sit on a towel for our 7 hour drive as I was uncomfortable sitting directly on the seats. This was the only vehicle available at this location in our rental class so we had no choice to accept it. Sadly my complaint to management at this location seemed to be no surprise as this is normal protocol. I will not rent from this location again.
