Pros: Price was great and sure to make me a return customer. Even extending my rental was inexpensive. Car was in good shape and drove very well. The dealers did NOT try to nickel-and-dime me which is another reason I will be returning.
Cons: I was happy.

Pick up times wrong
Pros: Car was nice/new but a little dirty.
Cons: When I showed up to get the car at the location and time specified a paper sign directed me to another location down the street. When arriving there the door said it opened at 730 even though my rental was scheduled for pick up at 7. No one showed up ton open the shop til 8, claiming they don't open till 8am. Employee couldn't get me a car until someone turned one in because he didn't have the combination to the safe. The car I was given wasn't cleaned because of this problem. Long story short the pick up time, drop off time,and pick up location given to me were wrong.

Moved pickup location
Pros: The car was good, and the dropoff at ATL was easy.
Cons: Hertz's puckup location at PDK was not at the given address, but had moved 500' down the access road. The only sign to indicate that was inside, at the old Hertz counter. Long walk with four suitcases.

Counter people did not mention extra charges
Pros: The first minivan was worn out (bald tires & oil light came on half-way through my trip). The second one was much better.
Cons: I was charged $180 for an extra driver but this was never mentioned when I had my wife added to the contract. yes, it is there in the small print but I would expect a verbal mention from the staff.

Cons: Car turned out to be at the wrong airport (PDK instead of ATL). Then when I realized the mistake and cancelled it (several days in advance) they charged me $50. Outrageous!

Car is not in condition
Pros: Staff was so good.
Cons: Car is not in condition. I Exchanged my car in ariport. Due to this one whole day wasted to me. I requested the customer care to exchange the my car in near location they didn't expect my request. In ariport also they provide old car again I exchanged the car. I need to star my trip in morning due to this started in evening. I'm total disappointed with hertz. They provide old car whic are not fit for long drives.
Cons: First this location is VERY small and oddly situated. It's hard to maneuver in and out of this location. The vehicle that we rented was filthy. There were red drink stains throughout, the carpet was not vacuumed, dirt marks were very visible. I had to sit on a towel for our 7 hour drive as I was uncomfortable sitting directly on the seats. This was the only vehicle available at this location in our rental class so we had no choice to accept it. Sadly my complaint to management at this location seemed to be no surprise as this is normal protocol. I will not rent from this location again.

No cars on the lot
Cons: I made a reservation for a car that was available on the lot to travel for the Thanksgiving holiday. I received a call around 8am the morning of the reservation from the location’s manager telling me that he had 85 reservations that day but no cars on his lot. I asked what this meant for my reservation & he said that i more than likely would not be getting a car. All together it was a terrible experience - the location was unorganized & no solutions or alternatives were provided.
