Pros:I request I truck they just have one to rent and even I ordered in advance they give to the person who was right before me. So frustrating since I have to be waiting outside for 40 minutes which is understandable but I was so frustrated that they don’t say nothing until that moment of the ranting and also no more options of that type of vehicle nowhere else.Cons:Have more vehicles to rent or have alternative options in other branches.Reviewed Oct 18 2020

Bad servicePros:NothingCons:On the pickup date they had me waiting for the car and wen they finally had it the told me it needed an oil change and if I wanted the car right away I would have to take the car myself to do the oil change, otherwise I had to wait longer. The car was not even vacuumed or washed wen i got it. Also wen i got to my destination I noticed that the plate sticker was expired. When I told them about it they told me I could have driven it like that and if I have gotten a ticket they would have paid for it.Reviewed Jul 21 2017

Pros:People friendly enoughCons:Line of people waiting. Then they asked for a major credit card for my second driver which she does not have and has not had this request before when signing up as a second driver. Didn't have time to deal with it. Took my own car. Also - We learned that there is no night drop-off. Will not be using this location again.Reviewed May 16 2017

Stacey & Hector are Amazing!Pros:The patience the team displayed with me was awesome and heart warming! Due to a mistake with the call center I wasn't fully prepared for my rental as far as full documentation- Stacey was extremely patient as I scrambled to find someone to help me out with my rental, all in all I was at the office from about 8 am - 4 pm on CHRISTMAS EVE! Thanks guys it's hard to find patience and good customer service nowadays- you gave me hope this Christmas Season!Cons:The stipulations with renting, another form needs to be added; or more forms of credit/debit accepted. My wait was only so long because I was using a pre-paid AMEX. I'm not one to really wholeheartedly trust banks so I use third party pre-paid. Cash should be used and accepted too!Reviewed Dec 29 2016

Service Service ServicePros:The location is not a typical Airport location (I had to Uber to get there), but I arrived close to closing time and it was very very busy approaching a holiday (Christmas) weekend. The entire team from the Manager Ryan to the service team (who checked my tires) to all of the counter agents were outstanding. It was a BUSY time (after a long shift) with customers renting and returning vehicles, and EVERYONE was friendly, polite, respectful...
